The short version

What we collect

Information you provide

Only a nickname. The game generates one for you (for example Player4821) and you may change it in the Profile screen. Please do not use your real name or any personal detail — nicknames are shown publicly on leaderboards.

Information created automatically

Stored only on your device

Coin balance, streak and streak freezes, daily missions and login rewards, unlocked achievements, sound/haptics/theme settings, and your local high scores. This data is never transmitted to us. Deleting the app deletes it permanently — it is not backed up to any account and cannot be restored or transferred to another device.

Advertising

TapSharp shows rewarded video ads only. These are always optional: you choose to watch one to continue a run after losing, to double the coins from a round, or to refresh your daily missions. We do not show banner, interstitial or app-open ads.

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Google may use the advertising identifier and related data to serve personalised advertising. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Your choices

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers that make the game work:

Leaderboard entries — nickname and score — are publicly visible to all players inside the app.

Legal basis (EEA/UK)

Retention

Leaderboard entries are retained while the leaderboard exists so historical rankings remain meaningful. Analytics data is retained according to Google's default Firebase retention settings. Crash reports are retained up to 90 days. On-device data lives until you delete the app or clear its storage.

Your rights and how to delete your data

Because there is no account, we have no way to link a leaderboard entry back to you as a person — the identifier is random and device-generated. To have an entry removed, email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your nickname and the approximate date and score, and we will locate and delete it.

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws). Contact us at the address above to exercise them.

To remove everything held on your device, delete the app. To stop advertising data collection, use the platform controls listed under Your choices.

Children

TapSharp is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will delete it.

Security

Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Leaderboard data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore under Google's security controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid putting anything sensitive in your nickname.

International transfers

Our service providers process data on servers that may be located outside your country, including in the United States. Google relies on legal transfer mechanisms such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where required, notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
